All have played their part
The final committed line up is Ges Rogers, Gary Woodward, Clive Coomber & Andy Winwood however the band are fortunate to count some excellent musicians as part of the evolution.
Elvar Masson hails from Iceland and boasts quite a musical pedigree with a link to hit songs in that country and a well known musical family. A songwriter in his own right, he is an excellent and accomplished keyboard player. Elvar left the band to form a duo 'No Limit' and has enjoyed success in the area with his duo partner Brenda Albon.
'Chippy' Peter Fryer played bass with Union Gap and also double bass occasionally. Health issues forced him to leave the band but is great mates with everyone.
Former member of “The Honeycombs” and popular local radio presenter Lee Howard did two stints with the band as a guitarist/vocalist. However his many other commitments eventually forced him to reluctantly part company with them for a second time in early 2018.
Izzy Guy-Morgan well known locally as the keyboard player and vocalist in the extremely popular band PDQ for many years. Return to the UK forced retirement not only from Union Gap but also PDQ
Trace Graham - seen in this picture with Gary Woodward - was revered by the band for his phenomenal bass playing left as he felt the type of music Union Gap are known for was not really his favoured style as he was more into rock and blues.
